Introduction:

These terms and conditions set the legal framework for the use of the Klue website, including all services and gifts offered through the platform. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Gift Availability:

All gifts listed on the Klue website are subject to availability. If a gift is out of stock after placing an order, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar gift in terms of type, quality, and financial value, with notification provided prior to shipping.

2. Supply and Refund Policy:

If we are unable to supply part or all of your order for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued to your bank account or the payment method used, within two to seven business days after the scheduled delivery date.

3. Prices and Timeframe:

Prices listed on the Klue website are valid for 14 days from the date of the order. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice, with the price at the time of order confirmation applying.

4. Delivery Restrictions:

Some gifts may only be available for delivery in certain areas. Please review the available delivery regions when placing your order to ensure the desired gift can be delivered.

5. Processing and Delivery Times:

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Gifts will be delivered to the address specified in the order. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery if recipient details are inaccurate, if we cannot reach the recipient, or if they refuse to accept the gift.

6. Force Majeure Exemptions:

Klue is not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from natural events beyond our control, such as fires, floods, earthquakes, storms, and hurricanes.

7. Shipping Dates and Separate Orders:

Shipping dates are determined based on the maximum time required to prepare the gift. If you wish for each gift to be delivered separately, please submit a separate order for each gift.

8. Delivery Scope:

Delivery services are available for flowers, chocolates, cakes, and some other gifts within Riyadh only. Orders outside Riyadh may take 5 to 7 business days to reach their destination.

9. Return and Exchange Policy:

The return, exchange, and refund policies are subject to the terms and conditions of our relevant partners. Please review the terms for each gift individually before completing your purchase.

10. Refund Policy:

In the event of a canceled order or refund, the refund process may take 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s or service provider’s procedures.

11. Delivery Timing:

Although a delivery date is specified, Klue is not obligated to provide a specific delivery time. We will coordinate with the recipient to ensure the best possible experience.
