Klue Gifts Exchange and Return Policy
In order to provide the best service and ensure our customers’ satisfaction, the customer has the right to exchange or return gifts only if the gift arrives damaged.
Exchange and Return Terms:
Exchange or return must be requested within one day from the date of receiving the gift. After this period, a return or exchange request cannot be submitted.
The exchanged or returned gift must be in its original condition, in its original packaging, without use or opening, or any change in the packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To ensure speedy service, please provide us with the order number, a description of the problem, and pictures of the gift.
After accepting the return request, the delivery and coordination department will contact you for the exchange or return. Any items sent without a prior request for return or exchange will not be accepted.
Return or exchange fees:
Klue Gifts bears all fees in case the gift arrives damaged or does not match the order.
The customer bears the delivery costs in two cases:
Return or exchange of a valid gift (if it does not match the condition of the original gift).
Return or exchange of a valid gift that matches the order.
Exchange/return period and transfer of amount:
The exchange or return process may take two business days within Riyadh, and 10 business days within the Kingdom.
You will be notified immediately upon receipt and inspection of the gift, and if the refund is approved, it will be refunded using the original payment method. Please note that processing refunds may take some time by the bank or credit card company.

If there is a difference in price between the original gift and the replacement gift upon exchange, the customer will be requested to settle the price difference.
